Pay as you go (Add-hoc) Plan
  • Business Hour - $135/hr
  • Off Hour - $163/hr
Remote Unlimited Support
$400per month
  • Initial one time field visit required -charge applied
  • Included Zones: 2,3, and 6 (Add ons charges may applied)
Monthly (Prepaid Block) Plan
  • Giga: 10 hours/month, $1200
  • Peta: 20 hours/month, $2200
  • Tera: 50 hours/month, $5000
  • Unlimited Remote Support in office hours.

Conditions

  • Network enviroment should meet our secuirty check for Managed Service plan
  • Client will be billed according to change the environment to meet our managed service plan requirement.
  • Software licenses such as office 365,antivirus, backup softaware, Domain hosting,SSL etc are not included in monthly plan. Client will be billed seperately.
  • All Prices quoted does not include any GST.
  • Minimum onsite charge is of 1 hour then billed in 20 mins increments.
  • Travel time is applicable for onsite visit outside CBD .
  • Clients with special requirement can customise there own packages.
  • Addon's are for all packages

Terms

  • Clients select a plan based on the level of coverage desired
  • We accept direct debit for Payment and invoice is emailed. on every 1st month.
  • * PRICE is based on the number of servers, computers & users in your business. Increase or Decrease in number of computers, addition or removal of cloud services will vary the accordingly during the term of the agreement
  • Plan can be changed anytime and will be effective after the current billing period is expired.
  • Clients on higher plan (e.g. Peta) get higher priority over a lower plan (Giga and Tera)
  • Mailbox Migration: $3 per GB applied over default size(Default Plus extra GB rate)
