Requirement Analysis: What, Who, How, & Why?
At this phase, we get in touch with the client, do meetings regularly about the project and what you’d like to achieve. We research and work closely with the client to get the clear understanding of your future website purposes, the main goals you wish to get, and the target audience you want to attract to your site.

Planning
Once the requirements are collected from the client, we create a project roadmap and project specification document that we share with the client.
The client must be on the same page to proceed further from here. Hence, we update and redo the roadmap and other specifications until all clients aspirations and requests are integrated with in the project documents. Once the client agrees with the deliverables and the roadmap, we move to the next step.

Design, Coding & Project Execution
This process is continued until all pages are approved the client. Usually, the home page is created first, and then all sub-pages are added, according to the website hierarchy that was previously created in the form of a sitemap.
Once the designs are over, coding starts. Dev team takes each page one at a time and codes them as presented in the mocks and wireframes.
