We usually follow waterfall methodologies for web projects when clients have a clear picture of what they’re looking for. We follow SCRUM methodologies when revision is eminent.

Requirement Analysis: What, Who, How, & Why?

At this phase, we get in touch with the client, do meetings regularly about the project and what you’d like to achieve. We research and work closely with the client to get the clear understanding of your future website purposes, the main goals you wish to get, and the target audience you want to attract to your site.

Planning

Once the requirements are collected from the client, we create a project roadmap and project specification document that we share with the client.

The client must be on the same page to proceed further from here. Hence, we update and redo the roadmap and other specifications until all clients aspirations and requests are integrated with in the project documents. Once the client agrees with the deliverables and the roadmap, we move to the next step.

Design, Coding & Project Execution

The development starts with sketching wireframes and building mocks based on them. They’re sent for client approval.

This process is continued until all pages are approved the client. Usually, the home page is created first, and then all sub-pages are added, according to the website hierarchy that was previously created in the form of a sitemap.

Once the designs are over, coding starts. Dev team takes each page one at a time and codes them as presented in the mocks and wireframes.

Estimated time: from 4 to 12 weeks

QA and Release

The pages and features that are designed and coded are sent for testing. Testing is probably the most routine part of a process. We check every form and page and compare them with the specifications.
We pass these pages for release only after all the issues/bugs are cleared off of them. Since testing is the final step before it goes out to public, we take every detail into consideration.
Once the product is completely bug free, we release it to the client to be sent live.

Support & Maintenance

We do NOT only “deliver” a website to our client. We go beyond the development of the project to update it, maintain it for the long run.

We handle all client requests, ranging from cosmetic updates to feature enhancement and design upgrades.
