We can share our Outlook calendar with others in a few easy steps. Calendar sharing is often done between CEO and Secretary in any organization.

We can share our outlook calendar with others in few easy steps. Calendar sharing did between CEO and Secretary in any organization.

1. Go to Calendar Mode in outlook and click on Share Calendar

2. Click on To… button and select the name that you want to share your calendar with. Click on Calendar permission if you want to give more permission such as edit, contribute, etc.

3. Click on Send once done

4. Receiver will see the email of sharing calendar in the inbox.

5. Once we open this calendar it will get added to our outlook profile as a second calendar.

That’s all. It’s all done with sharing the calendar now.
