Network & Connectivity

Structured cabling, Wi-Fi design and SD-WAN — connectivity built to stay out of your way, permanently.

Overview

Network & Connectivity

Resilient, high-performance wired and wireless networks — designed, installed and proactively managed to keep every location connected, from a single office to a multi-site footprint spanning the country.

We handle the full lifecycle: site surveys and design, structured cabling and Wi-Fi deployment, SD-WAN for multi-site connectivity, and ongoing firewall and performance management — so your network stays invisible in the best possible way.

It’s rarely a single, one-off project. A retail fitout needs clean cabling runs and a Wi-Fi design that covers the shop floor without dead zones near the fitting rooms; a professional services firm moving offices needs a network that’s live, tested and ready before the first person walks in on Monday morning. We scope every engagement around how the space is actually used, not a generic template, and install to Australian cabling standards so the result holds up to inspection and future changes alike.

For businesses with more than one location, the SD-WAN layer is what actually holds everything together. Rather than each site running its own disconnected internet connection and firewall ruleset, we build a single managed fabric with centralised policy, automatic failover between links, and visibility from one dashboard — so bringing a new site online is typically a matter of days, not weeks, and a dropped connection at one branch doesn’t become an all-hands support ticket.

The network layer, covered end to end

Four disciplines, built on the vendors we actually deploy — not vague promises.

Core Networking

Fortinet and Cisco Meraki hardware forming a resilient backbone, engineered so one switch or link failing never takes a whole site offline.

Redundant core switching High-availability routing Structured backbone cabling Capacity planning for growth Firmware & lifecycle management Documented network topology

Wireless Networking

Cloud-managed Wi-Fi engineered around your actual floor plan and device density, not a generic access-point count — full coverage, no dead zones.

Site-specific Wi-Fi design Cisco Meraki access points Guest & BYOD network isolation Seamless roaming between APs Coverage & usage analytics Capacity planning for peak load

Enterprise SD-WAN

A single managed fabric connecting every site, with application-aware routing and automatic failover so a dropped link is a non-event, not an outage.

Application-aware routing Dual-WAN automatic failover Centralised policy, every site Cloud & SaaS acceleration Rapid new-site provisioning Real-time link health monitoring

Network Security

FortiGate firewalls and VLAN segmentation limiting how far a problem — or an attacker — can spread from one part of the network to the rest.

Why it matters

The business case

A network outage doesn’t just slow you down — it stops everything. Point-of-sale terminals, cloud applications, VoIP phones and remote access all depend on connectivity that simply works, every single day.

For a business running across multiple sites, that reliability has to extend everywhere — not just head office.

The cost of getting this wrong compounds quickly. A single afternoon of dropped connectivity at a busy retail site can mean lost transactions and customers walking straight out the door; for a professional services firm, it means billable hours sitting idle while staff wait for email and cloud files to reconnect. We design every network with the redundancy to make that scenario the exception, not something you have to budget for.

Structured CablingClean, certified cabling installs for every site, done to Australian standards and documented for future changes.
Wi-Fi Design & DeploymentFull coverage with no dead zones, engineered around your floor plan and device density, not guesswork.
SD-WANReliable, secure connectivity across every location, with automatic failover if a link drops out.
Firewall ManagementConfigured, monitored and kept current, with rules reviewed regularly as your business changes.
24/7 Network MonitoringReal-time visibility into performance and uptime across every site, with alerts raised before your team even notices a problem.
VoIP & Unified CommunicationsQuality-of-service policies that keep voice and video calls clear, even when the rest of the network is under load.
Our approach

How we deliver network & connectivity

A clear, proven process — no surprises, no scope creep.

01

Assess

We audit your existing network, coverage gaps and growth plans.

02

Design

A tailored architecture built for your sites, traffic and budget.

03

Deploy

Certified technicians install cabling, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN with minimal disruption.

04

Monitor

24/7 performance monitoring and proactive firewall management.

What makes us different

Built for how modern networks actually work

Every architecture we deploy is designed around redundancy and visibility, not just connectivity for its own sake. Dual-WAN failover, VLAN segmentation and quality-of-service policies for voice and video are standard, not an upsell.

We work with enterprise-grade vendors including FortiGate and Cisco Meraki, so you get centrally managed, cloud-controlled hardware that can be monitored and adjusted remotely — no truck roll required for most changes.

Documentation is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought. Every cabling run, VLAN and firewall rule is recorded and handed over in plain terms, so if your team ever needs to make a change, plan an expansion, or bring in another provider down the track, nothing is locked away in one technician’s head.

FAQs

Common questions

How long does a typical network upgrade take?

Most single-site upgrades are completed within 1–2 weeks from design sign-off, including structured cabling and Wi-Fi deployment. Multi-site rollouts are staged to minimise disruption, typically one location every 1–2 weeks depending on complexity.

Do you work with our existing network hardware, or do we need to replace everything?

Wherever possible, we assess and integrate with your existing hardware. We’ll only recommend replacement where it’s genuinely holding back performance, security or reliability — not as a default upsell.

Can you support multiple office locations under one network?

Yes — SD-WAN is built exactly for this. We can connect multiple sites with centrally managed, secure connectivity and automatic failover if any single link goes down.

What happens if our internet connection goes down at one site?

With SD-WAN and dual-WAN configurations in place, traffic automatically fails over to a backup connection, often before anyone in the office notices. For sites without redundancy already built in, we can scope and add a backup link as part of the upgrade.

Do you provide ongoing support once the network is installed, or just the initial build?

Ongoing management is central to what we do — firewall rules, firmware and performance are monitored continuously after go-live, with proactive maintenance built into your agreement rather than billed as a separate callout.
